Colors and finishes are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to individual monitor display settings, lighting conditions and natural leather variations, colors may be slightly different than what you see online.

PROCESSING
Our goal is to process all orders within one business day of receipt. Orders placed on weekends and during holidays will be processed the next regular business day.

SHIPPING POLICY
With regular USPS Priority shipping, you can expect delivery of your order between 3 to 4 business days after your order has been processed. Deliveries to destinations outside the continental United States may take considerably longer.

RETURNS
All items, except for monogrammed goods, may be returned within 30 days if they are unused in the original packaging. Please contact us if you plan to return or exchange a product. Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable.

MONOGRAMMED GOODS
We are happy to provide custom monogramming for nearly all of our products. Please note that monogrammed goods are made to order and will add up to 3 business days to the delivery time of your order. Monogrammed goods are also not eligible for return or exchange.

SALES TAX
Sales tax on the merchandise & shipping total are charged for items shipped to Arizona state addresses. All other states ship sales tax free.
